A Local Approach to Sustainability
Since its founding in early 2020, Purnell’s credo has been to bring more future than past to watchmaking while producing only tourbillon movements. Part of that philosophy relies on its manufacturing process, integrated locally in Switzerland with all its key points within a 150-kilometer radius: the watchmaking manufacture in the Vallée de Joux, the cradle of watchmaking in Switzerland, all the way down to Purnell’s headquarters and newly opened showroom located in the heart of Geneva on the prestigious Rue du Rhône. With a focus on local production for its raw materials, Purnell is able to minimize its carbon footprint in its production process, focusing on sustainability while supporting the rich heritage of Swiss craftsmanship in watchmaking.
Investing in reliable partnerships with the best in the business, Purnell keeps everything 100% Swiss Made. The brand’s innovative use of materials, from its exclusive “White Purnell Microfiber” case material, which maintains a stronger resistance to shock and temperature fluctuations than conventional ceramic down to its 18K gold is all responsibly sourced.
Every Purnell watch goes through rigorous quality checks, in the Vallée de Joux all the way down to its headquarters on Rue du Rhône in Geneva, which also has a refined showroom to welcome its clientele in a warm and intimate setting.
